These terms describe the general principles under which ULFQ provides information and engages with clients.

1. Use of this site

This website is for informational purposes. Content, including interface examples, illustrates the kinds of systems ULFQ builds.

2. No warranty of results

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Any examples of before-and-after transformation describe the type of change a custom system can support, not a promised result.

3. Engagements

Custom system work is defined by a separate agreement that specifies scope, deliverables, timeline, and responsibilities for each client.

4. Security

We design security into client systems from the start. We do not claim any system is “100% secure.” Certifications, if any, are stated only when actually held.

5. Intellectual property

Brand names, text, and visual design on this site belong to ULFQ unless otherwise noted. Interface mockups are illustrative examples.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is the one published on this site.
